Highland Park is proud to be labeled an “A” school, the highest grade given to schools by the Arizona Department of Education. Nestled in a neighborhood with grass and tree-lined streets, our school is committed to providing each student with a superior learning experience. Working as a team, the staff is dedicated to helping each child reach their potential academically, socially, and emotionally.
At Highland Park the parents are very involved in classroom academics, organizing campus social events, and supporting our students and teachers in every way possible. Over the past several years our PTSO has been "bzzzy" completing numerous projects, including adding technology into each classroom so our students receive a 21st century education. The Common Core State Standards are currently being implemented in all our classrooms which are rigorous, relevant, and ensures our students are ready for the quickly changing world. Come "buzz" on over and take a stroll through "The Park" to see for yourself what a special and beautiful place Highland Park Elementary is.
The mission of Highland Park Elementary is to provide a safe and positive educational environment for all students. Central to the success of Highland Park is teamwork and relationships. Students, parents, teachers, support staff, and administrators work together to ensure each Highland Park student achieves academic and personal success.
