Welcome to the 2011/2012 school year!

This is the tenth anniversary year of our wonderful school! We look forward to another great year for the Jaguars! We have seen a great deal of success in sports, academics and activities! Congratulations to our State Finalist Champion football team, our “final four” baseball team and, if the preseason rankings hold true, it should be another terrific year in all our sports! We have the AIA number-one-rated Theatre Department in the state! Our music programs continue to be rated among the best in the state. Our engineering program is bigger and better than ever and we have exciting new things happening in all our academics! The whole East Valley has discovered that Desert Ridge is THE high school to be at for excellence! We welcome many new teachers and our largest student body yet! A special welcome to our many open-enrolled guest students! You have chosen to be part of a very challenging and very successful high school in one of the state's premier public school districts.
