Community Budget Committee
To assist in making decisions regarding the 2012-13 school year, the Governing Board established the Community Budget Committee. The committee is charged with making recommendations to the Governing Board regarding budget matters. The committee consists of 30 parent/community members and 10 employees who met between December 2011 and February 2012.
 
District Oversight Committee (DOC)
The District Oversight Committee manages how Pay for Performance Site Funds Category C will be distributed. The committee uses a consensus decision-making model for problem solving and future planning. Meeting agendas and minutes.

Gilbert Public Schools Employee Benefit Trust
The Gilbert Public Schools Employee Benefit Trust Board oversees the operation of school district’s self-funded employee benefits trust. The Trust Board is comprised of Gilbert Public Schools certified staff, support staff, and administrators. Meeting agendas and minutes.

Governing Board

Interest Based Bargaining Team (IBBT)
Gilbert Public Schools and the Gilbert Education Association (GEA) will use an interested based bargaining process for problem solving and future planning. This approach requires that all parties involved practice open, honest, and direct communication.
