To attend a Board Meeting, please call 480-497-3395 to verify time, date, and location of the meeting. Board Meetings are subject to change. Board Meetings are generally held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
A new, paperless meeting solution, called
BoardDocs, allows the GPS Governing Board to improve its communication with the public, while saving time, taxpayer dollars and the environment. It replaces the need for printing and distributing paper agenda packets with an easy-to-use online system for accessing governing board information.
BoardDocs is where you will find agendas, minutes, and board packets.

This is not an official meeting of the Governing Board; therefore, business will not be transacted.
Pursuant to ARS 38-431.01, notice is hereby given to members of the Gilbert Unified School District Governing Board and the general public that the Gilbert Governing Board will convene a board meeting. Governing Board members will attend either in person or telephonically.
The Governing Board reserves the right to move into executive session for legal advice with its attorneys for any item listed on the agenda, in person or telephonically, pursuant to ARS 38-431.03-A3.
