Family and Consumer Science
Family and Consumer Science courses work to teach students to be effective and responsible individuals. The courses help students develop premier leadership qualities, high level technical skills, critical thinking abilities and employable working habits. It also aids them in choosing a career field, formulating goals, working to meet the goals and practicing positive work ethics.

Culinary Arts Club
The Culinary Arts Club meets twice a month to provide food experiences for students. Additional field trips to expose individuals to food and hospitality industry are taken.

The club has prepared baked breads to donate to the Food Bank, pies for fundraisers, cookie ideas, holiday treats and new creative kitchen ideas for afterschool meetings. Everyone is welcome.

Meeting: Normally 2nd Tuesday of every month 2:30-4:00 pm in room 1102
Prereq: None- Culinary I and II coordinate major activities for club.
