Gilbert Public Schools is an open enrollment district. If a student resides out of the boundaries of a school, an open enrollment form must be completed. An open enrollment form may be obtained from any school in the district. If parents want to know by June 1 if the student is accepted at the school, the open enrollment form must be submitted to the school by February 1st. If an open enrollment form is submitted after February 1st, parents may not be informed until the first day of school.
