Charge:      Direct and monitor the implementation of a strategic recruitment and retention talent management strategyas set forth in the 2014-17 Strategic Operating Plan.  Work with a stratified group of certified teachers and administrators to create a recommendation for the Superintendent and Board review.

Goals:             1.   Increase awareness of the mathematics and science teacher shortage

2.   Create a series of cost-effective recruitment and retention strategic Superintendent and Governing Board review. 

3.   Deploy approved strategies, effective January, 2017 

4.   Collaborate with all university partners and neighboring districts to recruit top talent in mathematics and/or science.
