Vendor Purchase Order Terms and Conditions
Vendors requesting to do business with Gilbert Public Schools and accepting a purchase order for supplies or services MUST comply with the terms and conditions contained in the agreement below in order for the transaction to take place. Failure to maintain compliance with these provisions will be considered a material breach of contract subject to penalties up to and including termination of the contract.

System for Award Management (SAM)
This is the Official U.S. Government system which contains the electronic roster of debarred companies (Entity) or individuals that have been excluded from Federal procurement and non-procurement programs within the U.S. Government and from receiving Federal contracts, some subcontracts, and certain Federal financial and non-financial assistance programs and benefits.  This system has combined the data from the Central Contractor Registration, Federal Register, Online Representations and Certification Applications, and the Excluded Parties List System.  Federal procurement laws require all programs funded with federal dollars to verify that potential vendors or individuals are not listed on this system.
