Wendi Olsen - Teacher

Wendi is a Paraprofessional Specialist at Gilbert High TOYBOX.  She has been working at GHS since 2012.  In high school, she took a class similar to the TOYBOX program, which encouraged her to become a teacher. She has a teaching degree in Early Childhood Education that she earned from BYU.  Wendi was fortunate enough to be a stay-at-home mom to her five children who attended schools in the Gilbert School District.  She has always had a love for teaching, and enjoys working with both preschool aged children and high school students.  Her goal is to be a mentor to high school student teachers and provide a loving and caring atmosphere for the children.
