Concussion Course - Complete with Athletic Packet
Each athlete must take the MTBI/Concussion Course and submit the certificate with his/her athletic packet before he/she can be cleared for a sport. This certificate will only need to be done one time in the athlete's high school career. This course can be found at:
 

 
GPS Athletic Fee per Sport: $100
Uniforms will not be issued until fee is paid.  Athletic fee may be paid with tax credit donations.  There may be additional fees required per sport, please contact your coach.

Freshmen Cheer Clinic/Tryout Information: August 11th - 15th 2014
You MUST have an Athletic Packet completed and turned into the Athletic Office before you can try out.
 

Stadium Policies: NO outside drinks allowed in the stadium, only unopened bottle water. There is NO re-entry, even if you have an activity card, and you MUST show your student ID at the ticket window to receive the student price.

Rules and Regulations for Gilbert Public Schools Athletics
State and school academic requirements: The Extracurricular Activity Eligibility Policy, JJJ, shall apply to all students who choose to participate in the District's interscholastic programs.
  1. Students must meet the state requirements of passing all classers. An "F" grade. An "I" or a "U" grade will constitute a failure to pass a course.
  2. Students must meet the District requirement of a 2.0 G.P.A. carry over from the previous grading period.
  3. Students must have a physical examination completed per the Gilbert Public Schools Athletic Clearance Packet.
