Gilbert Public Schools Facilities Rental Department is excited to open our doors to the community, non-profit groups, small business and big business. Gilbert has forty (40) schools with a variety of facilities to meet your organization’s needs. You can rent a ball field, gymnasium, classroom, multi-purpose room, auditorium, cafeteria and more! We look forward to working with you.

How to Apply:
Complete one rental form for each school/site requested. For auditorium rentals, please complete the auditorium form. Applications must be submitted a minimum of 10 working days in advance of event date.
Application for Facilities Rental
GPS Auditorium Application
Certificate of Liability insurance will be required.
No events will be scheduled prior to 6:00 pm on week days.

  • Fax to: 480-558-5134
  • Drop off at: Community Education-Facilities, 6839 E Guadalupe Rd, Mesa AZ 85212 (Power & Guadalupe)
  • Staff only: Interoffice mail to Community Education
Your request will be submitted for approval to the principal or personnel responsible for the facility. Once approval is received, your request is entered into the District scheduling software. A permit will be issued and e-mailed to you along with an estimate of costs for facility use. Do not advertise events until FINAL APPROVAL is received.

NOTE: All applications must be submitted prior to June 15 to be processed and approved for use during the month of August.

Application Submission Schedule:
The date of application submission varies based on the time of year the activity will be conducted- see below for the earliest submission date. Requests will continue to be accepted throughout the year on a first-come, first served basis with a 10 day minimum advance.

Tournaments 365 days in advance of event with $200 non refundable deposit
