High School Morning Session7:30 am - 11:25 am (Mon-Fri) Open to all High School Grade levels
Transportation is provided for students who live within the GPS District
Students may take up to 3 classes per 9 week block (maximum of 6 credits per year)
Each class equals 1/2 credit
School to Work Program offered for elective credit
1/2 credit for every 90 hours documented (maximum 3 credits per year)
Pre-approved volunteer service may be used for work experiences
High School Afternoon Session11:50 am - 3:45 pm (Mon-Fri) Open to all High School grade levels
District placed students attend this session
The Hearing Officer makes the final decision as to the length of placement
The Hearing Officer determines when students are eligible to return to their home campus
Students who choose to attend Canyon Valley School may also attend this session on space available basis
