Gilbert Youth Athletics Overview
-
Visit Gilbert Youth Athletics Website for program details and to register.
Gilbert Youth Athletics is committed to providing top-tier coaching, utilizing elite facilities, and focusing on the overall development of each student-athlete starting in elementary school and junior high. It is our belief that great athletes must develop fundamental skills at a young age which prepares them for a future of success as they progress through high school and college programs.
Our slogan of Two Steps Ahead comes from the promise to our community that we provide an unparalleled program in terms of coaching, facilities, and competition with an emphasis on character and sportsmanship while having fun. With player development being the focus we are able to identify the playing ability of all athletes and begin a structured approach to facilitate growth. All coaches are Gilbert Public Schools employees, with many currently being on a junior high or high school coaching staff.

Students must be enrolled in 5 classes. Exceptions are available for a senior online to graduate. Seniors must be enrolled in a minimum of 4 classes. If the student-athlete does not live in the attendance area, they must have an approved open enrollment form on file and meet additional requirements set forth by the Arizona Interscholastic Association. See the school or district athletic director for further information.
