Hybrid Option Registration

  • We are pleased to launch the Hybrid Option beginning in January 2020. Registration will open November 25, 2019, and applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. These applications will be screened for student eligibility based on their transcript and behavior history.

    Registration process:

    • Students will apply using the form to the left (note: this form will open on November 25, 2019 at 8am)
    • Global Academy staff will review applications as they arrive and notify students by email if accepted or wait-listed
    • The student will be enrolled into Global Academy
      • If the student is currently not enrolled as a GPS student we will require completion of the full GPS online enrollment packet (information can be found here)
      • If the student currently attends a GPS school we will take care of enrollment directly
    • If fees are required, they will be added to the student's InTouch account. Fees must be paid at least 7 days prior to the start of class in order to confirm enrollment.
      • Tuition fees are only required if this will be the student's seventh or greater class. No fee waivers will be granted for this optional program.
    • As soon as the student's fees are paid, they will be scheduled into the class and sent a final confirmation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of class will result in a full refund of tuition fees.
    • If a cancellation is requested less than seven days prior to the start of class, we will refund 50% of tuition fees.
    • No refunds will be granted after the start of class, for any reason.
