Gifted Cluster Kindergarten Prep, offered at  Ashland Ranch Elementary - testing to determine eligibility to receive gifted services is offered by appointment only.  A non-refundable fee of $175 is required for testing.  Testing of your child takes approximately one to three hours using intelligence tests approved by the Arizona Department of Education (e.g., WPPSI-IV, Stanford Binet-V: Early Childhood, DAS-II, etc.). A parent or guardian is required to stay on the premises during testing. A placement in Kindergarten Prep at Ashland Ranch will be required for services, however, registration for Ashland Ranch Kindergarten Prep does not automatically qualify a student to receive gifted services.
