Comment: The new verification process is targeting families and students. It unfairly labels a specific population, treating all offenses as equal—even after years of restitution. In Arizona, someone can be forced to carry an SO label on their driver’s license with no real victim. These laws are harsh, divisive, and destroy families. There is no path forward—only permanent stigma. Please reconsider this policy targeting an a population already ostracized in society.
