Comment: The board should not rescind Title IX’s ban on sex discrimination. Covered discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. We should be strengthening protections for students facing sex-based harassment and for pregnant and parenting students.

Comment: I oppose any change being made to the district’s current harassment policy language. The proposed change is not specific enough, and I worry its broadness will result in harm.
