Comment: I am concerned with the food being provided to the children for lunch and snacks including at VIK. For example: fruit loops include 5 high risk additives that are endocrine dirsuptors, lead to hyperactivity and organ failure. Food is a critical part of our children's safety at home and at school. I urge you to consider using readily available applications like Yuka to check that the food provided to our children do not harm this.

Comment: Thank you to the current Board for endorsing the override. Thank you to the administration for their incredible outreach and efforts to educate voters about the override. Gilbert Public Schools earned this positive result through hard work and measurable results. GPS has a strong reputation for fiscal responsibility and transparency. In closing, our teachers, principals, staff, and students truly deserve the credit for this success! Thank you to the voters for their trust and support.

Comment: This proposed increase will affect working parents who are already struggling to afford before- and after-care services. The nearly $10 increase for half days(a 47% increase), and an additional $277 per month for Building Blocks, creates a significant financial burden. Furthermore, in addition to the tuition increase, GPS employees are also facing a challenge due to the reduction of the employee discount from 25% to 20% last year. I strongly urge you not to increase the tuition at this time.
