Mr. Chad Thompson, Board President

Chad Thompson is a real estate investor, local business owner, and longtime Gilbert resident. I’m also a husband and father of four kids who have all either graduated from or are currently attending Gilbert Public Schools. Being a parent in this district has given me a front-row seat to what our schools do well—and where they could use more support.

Over the years, I’ve built my career around real estate and small business, but I’ve always believed that strong communities start with strong schools. That’s why I stay involved and do what I can to support local education—whether that means showing up, giving back, or helping connect resources where they’re needed most.

I’m proud to live and work in Gilbert, and I care deeply about making sure our schools continue to grow, improve, and provide great opportunities for every student.
