    Music Department Updates:

The music department is launching its auction fundraiser for the annual WinterFest event! We need YOUR help!! Winterfest is our main music fundraiser each year, and it will feature performances by all bands, orchestras, choirs, and our guitar class. We will also have food, carnival games, raffle baskets, a silent auction, and vendors. We need help with the following:

    1. Soliciting for donations to our silent auction and raffle items. If you own a business, know people who own a business, or are willing to reach out to a local business, please send or print this letter and form to that business and ask for a donation. Passes, gift certificates, or physical items are all appreciated. Hard copies of these letters are also available from your child's music teacher.

    2. Donations of extra passes or tickets if your family holds a membership or season tickets to a local venue or team. Sports teams, arts organizations, and museums all fit this category. If you have extra games or concerts with a season pass that you will not be using, we would love to use those extra tickets for our silent auction.

    3. Volunteers to plan the menu and go shopping for the food for the event. Information from previous years and funding is provided.

    4. Volunteers to help coordinate game tickets and other pre-sale items.

    5. Volunteers to plan the space and draw a map for the event. Between the performance space, the outside vendors, the carnival games, the auction, the food, and the parking, there is a lot to fit on our campus!

Let's make the 16th annual WinterFest the best one yet!!
