Dear Gilbert Public Schools Parents and Families,
Can you believe that we are already at the end of this school year? This is a particularly special time for me as I prepare for my retirement and reflect on what makes GPS a truly wonderful place to learn, work, and thrive. Please never underestimate the value that you bring to our district, our schools, and your child’s education as a member of our GPS family. The involvement of our parents and families makes our campuses stronger, and we truly appreciate you. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do to support our schools and district this year. We could not do our very best for kids without your support!
April and May have held many opportunities to recognize our amazing staff. Thank you for joining us in celebrating and thanking our incredible teachers, administrators, nurses, and health assistants for everything they do daily. We are stronger because of all of them, and the partnership between our educators and our families is so important for the success of our students!
It will soon be time for the Class of 2026 to walk across the stage. We are so excited to celebrate their many achievements. If you have a senior, please keep an eye out for important updates and information from your school. You can also visit our Class of 2026 webpage for details of livestreams and celebrations of our Vals and Sals across the district.
