Clear Bag Protocol

Thank you for your support and trust in our school and Gilbert Public Schools. Safety on our campuses continues to be a top priority. To enhance safety measures that protect our staff, students, families, and the broader community, we will implement the following for the new school year on our campus:

• Weapons detectors and clear bag protocols for attendance at athletic events
• Clear bag protocols for events in our stadium and other large events on our campus.

This will begin July 22nd 2025.  As you may be aware, many nearby districts have already adopted these protocols. Our goal is to enhance public safety at our venues while still providing a great game day and/or event experience.

• CLEAR Plastic, Vinyl, or PVC Bag
  No larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
• Small Clutch Bag
  No larger than 6.5" by 4.5" with or without strap
• One Gallon CLEAR Plastic Freezer Bag (Ziplock Bag or Similar)

Non-Approved Bags

• Backpacks (solid)
• Large purses
• Fanny packs
• Overzied tote bags
• Binoculars case
• Mesh bag (reusable grocery bag)
• Tinted, colored, or patterned bag
• Solid-colored drawstring bag
