Support Staff Recommendation Procedures

The Office of Talent Management (OTM) will contact you to offer the position and to verify the salary/hourly wage.

Fingerprint Clearance Card: Before processing, you must have a Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Fingerprints must be cleared before beginning employment. Please expect the fingerprinting clearance to take from seven (7) to ten (10) business days after you have been printed.
• Employees may not start work before being notified by Human Resources.
• You must show proof of immunization for Measles, Mumps, and Rubella before starting work.
