Governing Board Brief - September 1, 2020

The Governing Board met for a scheduled Work Study meeting, Tuesday September 1, 2020.  The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm.

Agenda item 2.01 ‘Health Benchmarks and Phased in Reopening Update’ followed.

The presentation began with an update on health benchmark data presented by Superintendent, Dr. Shane McCord.

The presentation continued with updates on campus preparations from Ms Suzanne Carlson, Principal of Ashland Ranch Elementary, Mr Brian Yee, Principal of Greenfield Junior High, and Dr Krista Cox, Principal of Campo Verde High.

The remainder of the presentation highlighted district preparations for reopening campuses, presented by Ms Jennefer Frost, Director of Health Services, Ms Bonnie J Betz, Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, Mr Shawn McIntosh, Assistant Superintendent of the Office of Talent Management, and Ms Dawn Antestenis, Director of Communications and Marketing.

The meeting adjourned at 8:45pm.
