Governing Board Meeting, September 13, 2022

The Governing Board met for a scheduled 'Work Study & Brief Board Business Meeting' on September 13, 2022. The Work-Study was called to order at 6:00 pm. 

The meeting began with Presentation and Discussion Topics 2.01 “Marketing and Communications Update” by Director of Marketing and Communication Ms. Dawn Antestenis. 

Followed by a presentation on subject 2.02 “Community Education Fees” by the Director of Community Education and Strategic Initiatives Mr. Jared Ryan. 

The ‘Work-Study’ was adjourned at 7:32 pm, and the ‘Brief Board Business Meeting’ was called to order. All board members were present. 

The following Consent Agenda was approved with a 5-0 vote:

5.02 Certified, Professional, Exempt Support Staff, Hourly Support Staff, and Substitute Personnel

5.03 Relocation and Installation of Portable Classroom from the GPS Ed Center Location to Ashland Ranch

5.04 Revised Stipend & Supplemental Pays

5.05 Sole Source Vendor

5.06 Gifts and Donations FY 2023

5.07 Parent Support Organizations FY 2023

5.08 Overnight or Out of State Travel

5.09 Staff Travel
