Governing Board Brief - October 11, 2022
Governing Board Meeting - October 11, 2022
The Governing Board met for a scheduled 'Work Study & Brief Board Business Meeting' on October 11, 2022. The Work-Study was called to order at 6:00 pm.
The meeting began with presentations on ‘2.01 FY 2022 Annual Financial Report and School Level Reporting Form’ and ‘2.02 FY 2022 Bond and Override Report’, presented by Associate Superintendent of Business Services, Bonnie J. Betz, Executive Director of Technology, Jon Castelhano, Director of Transportation, Trace Tolby, and Director of Maintenance and Operations Albert Dutchover.
The ‘Work-Study’ was adjourned at 7:24 pm, a brief break followed and the ‘Brief Board Business Meeting’ was called to order. All board members were present.
The following Consent Agenda was approved with a 5-0 vote:
5.02 Certified, Professional, Exempt Support Staff, Hourly Support Staff, and Substitute Personnel
5.03 Elementary Laptop Refresh for the 2022-2023 School Year
5.04 Upgrade/Renovate All Asphalt Areas at Desert Ridge Jr. High School
