Based on the Business Management Technical Standards that are identified through ADE, we are able to bring each one of these standards into real life, tangible concepts through the lens of running the Spirit Store. By participating in the Spirit Store Lab, students are able to engage in real life situations that cover the following standards: Analyze and engage in General Management Practices, Analyze and engage in Business Financial Practices, Analyze and engage in Marketing Concepts, Analyze and engage in Human Resource Functions, Analyze and engage in Business Technology and web-based tools, Analyze and engage in Customer Service and Organizational Communication.
