This course provides the student with the background and skills necessary to administer and manage an Athletic Training Program. Topics such as athletic training program management, budget, insurance, facility design, legal issues, and ethics in the profession of athletic training will be discussed. The purpose of this course is to introduce the student to the athletic taping, bracing, and padding techniques used in the profession of athletic training. Students will engage in practical, hands-on activities with a focus on learning, practicing, and mastering taping, bracing, and padding techniques.
