This course integrates the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme Design framework with personal development activities during advisory/homeroom time. Students engage in inquiry-based projects that encourage problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking while exploring real-world challenges. Focus areas include goal-setting, organization, digital literacy, time management, collaboration, and reflective practices. Through guided activities and self-directed learning, students develop the skills, habits, and attitudes necessary to become independent, responsible, and reflective learners.
