This course guides students toward a lifetime of active and healthy living by focusing on health and fitness. Students will set personal goals across four areas of wellness: physical, emotional, social, and academic. Through fitness assessments, students will establish baseline levels and track their progress. They will also document their physical activity and personal reflections in a wellness plan at the end of each module, helping them to develop healthy habits, achieve personal success, and gain confidence.
