This course will introduce a variety of racquet and individual sports with an emphasis on skill development and game strategy. Racquet sports may include racquetball, tennis, table tennis, paddleball and badminton. Individual sports may include golf, Frisbee games, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and others. Fitness activities will include cardiovascular conditioning and resistance training.
