This course will include alternating days of cardiovascular activities, flexibility, and strength training. It is designed to strengthen the cardiovascular system, increase muscular strength, and endurance. It will promote flexibility and balance through stretching and toning. Circuit training, running, lifting weights, and resistance training will be used to improve overall health and well-being.
