Art Survey

This course will introduce 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional techniques, mediums and ideas through hands-on experimentation. Students will learn interesting art historical facts related to each project they create. Students will engage in gaining an understanding about themselves as an artist and the role art plays in various cultural societies. Students will develop composition skills in many different mediums as they explore the elements of art and the principles of design concepts.
