International Baccalaureate
The International Baccalaureate® aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. To this end, the organization works with schools, governments, and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment. These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate, and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right.

Primary Years Programme
Patterson Elementary is proud to be an International Baccalaureate World School offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP). The PYP is a curriculum framework for young learners aged 3-12.
Middle Years Programme
Gilbert Accelerated Middle School at Gilbert High School is proud to be an IB Candidate World School for the Middle Years Programme (MYP). MYP is an academic framework designed for students aged 11-16.
Career-related Programme
Gilbert High School is proud to be an International Baccalaureate World School offering the Career-related Programme (CP). CP is a two-year program for students to begin their junior year.
Diploma Programme
Gilbert High School is proud to be an International Baccalaureate World School offering the Diploma Programme (DP). DP is a two-year program for students to begin their junior year.
